UniGPT — AI Assignment Assistant

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UniGPT (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UniGPT is an AI-powered academic assignment assistant designed for university students in Malaysia. The Service provides OCR text extraction, assignment requirements analysis, AI-generated academic content, and document export functionality.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. UniGPT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

UniGPT operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation consumes a specified number of credits from your account balance. Credits can be purchased through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

5. Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once credits have been added to your account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another user. This includes but is not limited to:

Unused credits remaining in your account
Credits purchased by mistake or in error
Partial use of purchased credit packs
Account closure or termination for any reason

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund or chargeback. If you believe a technical error has occurred with your purchase, please contact us at vistelostudio@gmail.com and we will investigate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of your educational institution’s academic integrity policies. UniGPT is intended as a learning and writing assistant; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your institution’s rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The UniGPT platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by UniGPT. Content generated by the AI is provided for your personal academic use. You retain ownership of your uploaded materials and assignment briefs.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by UniGPT is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabricated references. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before submission. UniGPT makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or academic suitability of generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic penalties, lost grades, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining credits in your account are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
